Delete your Klavy account

Klavy lets you permanently delete your customer account from inside the app. Deletion is not a pause or a deactivation — the login is removed and personal data linked to the account is deleted.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Klavy app on your phone.
2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile (the person icon).
4. Scroll to Delete Account (under Sign Out).
5. Confirm. Your account is deleted when you see the sign-in screen again.

If you already uninstalled Klavy

Install Klavy again, sign in, then follow the same Profile → Delete Account steps. That is the complete deletion flow.

What we keep

Shop redemption records needed for partner invoices may be kept with your name and email removed. Sparkle points, favourites, and the ability to sign in are removed.

Email support@myklavy.com from the address on your account if something goes wrong during deletion.
