1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Klavy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About Klavy

Klavy provides a digital platform to discover partner offers, redeem discounts (including QR-based redemptions), and earn Sparkle rewards across participating venues in Qatar. Offers are provided by independent partner businesses; Klavy facilitates discovery and redemption technology.

3. Eligibility

• You must be able to enter a binding agreement under Qatar law.
• You must provide accurate information when registering, applying as a vendor, or requesting early access.
• One person/account should not create duplicate accounts to abuse offers or rewards.

4. Offers and redemptions

• Offer terms (discount, Buy 1 Get 1, validity, exclusions) are set by each partner venue and may change or end without notice.
• Redemptions typically require showing a time-limited QR code or voucher to venue staff. Expired or already-used codes are invalid.
• Klavy is not responsible for venue availability, product quality, service quality, or fulfilment of an offer once accepted by the venue.
• Misuse, fraud, or resale of offers may result in suspension and voided redemptions.

5. Sparkle points and rewards

Sparkle points or similar rewards have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise. We may modify earning rules, redemption options, or expire unused balances with reasonable notice where practicable.

6. Vendor partners

Businesses applying via our vendor form agree that submitted information is accurate and that they have authority to represent the business. Partnership approval, onboarding, and commercial terms may be confirmed separately by our sales team (sales@myklavy.com).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt Klavy systems, APIs, or security
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the platform beyond permitted use
• Submit false, harmful, or unlawful content
• Use Klavy for any illegal purpose under Qatar law

8. Intellectual property

Klavy name, logo, app design, website content, and software are owned by Klavy For Digital Intermediation or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission. Partner trademarks remain their property.

9. Disclaimers

Klavy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klavy and its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Klavy for the services in the three (3) months before the claim (or QAR 100 if you paid nothing).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Klavy harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party’s rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, abuse offers, or create risk to users or partners. You may stop using Klavy at any time.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Courts in Doha, Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
